What's New? There is a God. I left a few days ago for a five-day run through Tennessee, just in time to dodge the first major snowstorm of the year! By the time I did my first show, the snow in Ohio was three inches deep and still falling. After all the times I hit snow crossing the mountains last year, it's about time I got to dodge some! This has been a fun and profitable week for me. Tuesday night I did a return appearance in Clarksville TN. It was a fun crowd, and we gave 'em a great show. Wednesday I drove 480 miles to Charlotte NC to meet with a booking agent, and walked out with 28 dates booked. Thursday I drove to Chattanooga TN and did a showcase set at the Comedy Catch. The crowd was on fire, and I had one of the best short sets of my career. Mission accomplished - they want me back. Now I'm finishing up the trip with two nights in Johnson City TN. We had a fun show last night, and two more tonight. Then it's back home for a couple of weeks. I may not get another chance to post before the end of the month, so to everybody out there, I wish you a safe & happy holiday season, and a prosperous new year. May all your dreams come true. And I hope to see lots more of you in the coming year. I'll be covering most of the eastern half of the country, and with any luck at all 2008 will include my first performances on the west coast.
